Application for Grant Assistance

The Club Foundation Inc., is a 501(c)(3) Not-for-Profit Corporation, formed in order to “Be There” in the event disaster, emergency, or hardship strikes those who work at Congressional Country Club or live in the surrounding community. It is the Foundation’s goal to be in position, through grants of financial aid, to help meet the economic challenges that unfortunately accompany personal crisis.

Applications are accepted year-round and reviewed as needed by the Board of Directors. Only completed applications with appropriate documentation will be reviewed. If your application is not complete, you will be asked to submit additional documentation. Documentation may include financial statement, foreclosure/eviction notice, insurance or Worker’s Compensation correspondence, and any other supporting materials which may explain your hardship.

All applications will be reviewed without regard to race, color, religion, gender, political views, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
